Breast augmentation is one of the most common aesthetic surgeries that allow women to achieve the desired shape and size of their breasts in order to feel beautiful and confident. Breast augmentation is often combined with a breast lift, which restores the natural anatomical proportions of the breasts.

Making a decision is always preceded by a thorough consultation with the surgeon to discuss your expectations and offer the best solutions.

Amsel Clinic uses Motivabreast implants, which are considered the most technically perfect in the world at the moment.

Breast lift or mastopexy

The purpose of breast lift is to aesthetically correct the shape and proportions of the breasts. Mastopexy is often combined with breast augmentation using implants.

During the procedure, loose skin is removed. The remaining skin is tightened to raise the breast and correct its shape.

Various surgical techniques are used, the choice of which depends on the extent of breast sagging. The most suitable option for the patient is determined during the pre-operative consultation.

Breast reduction

Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammoplasty, is indicated primarily for health and functional reasons. Examples include posture disorders, pain in the neck, back and shoulder area, skin irritation, movement restrictions, psychological problems and a deterioration in the quality of life.

During the operation, excess breast tissue is removed, which reduces the size and weight of the breasts, and the breast acquires a more beautiful shape.

Before making a treatment decision, patients are consulted by our plastic surgeon, who assesses the patient’s individual needs and advises on the best course of treatment. The surgeon also explains the course of the operation, the expected results and possible risks, and answers all the patient’s questions.

Male breast reduction or gynecomastia surgery

Gynecomastia is a medical condition that means breast enlargement in men. It is caused by abnormal growth of breast tissue in men and can occur in both or only one breast. Gynecomastia differs from lipomastia, which is breast enlargement due to fatty tissue, usually associated with obesity.

Surgical treatment of gynecomastia, also known as mammoplasty, removes excess fat and breast tissue to restore the normal masculine appearance of the breasts. As with any surgical procedure, it is important to discuss potential risks and expectations with our surgeon.
